2008 Drz400s

Oh.....just 1 more thing:

I looked in your garage there sinkoman, and failed to see a Husky OR a SUZUKI in there. I wonder if you could please update Your Garage to include these bikes of yours and all of your experiences, modifications, and ride experiences with them.....both good and bad. Pictures and additional comments go far to help educate all of us too.

Thank you kindly for sharing your experiences with us.:worthy:

I don't own either Husky OR a Suzuki (although the KLX is considerd by many to be the little brother of the DRZ). I don't need to own either bike to know what they were designed to do.

I haven't commented on anything like maintenance schedules, or the quality of certain parts, or what tends to go wrong on each bike, and that's because I don't know any of that stuff for a fact. I'm not pretending to know this stuff at all.

What I do know for a fact though, is that the DRZ400S is a 7 year old bike that is sold, and intended, to be used as a DUAL SPORT. I also know for a fact that the TE450 is sold, and intended, to be used as an ENDURO.

Now, I won't attempt to say I know anything about maintenance schedules, but I will say that what i've heard from Husky owners is that the maintenance schedules are a lot more intensive than on bikes like the KLX or DRZ, but that given the proper maintenance, the bikes are nearly as realiable as any DRZ.

I looked into both the TE and the DRZ before deciding on the KLX, and I did a good shitload of research. While I won't say i've been very detailed when it comes to relaying what I found of the bikes through research, I will say that i'm just trying to inform him of the decisions I came to.
